From the reviews
My daughter was a 7 year old first year cross country runner and wanted to try run club post season. Selfishly I loved it because I could run with her (parents are encouraged to participate) and it was great bonding time.
If you're looking for a fun outdoor activity for your kids, check out the Bolts Running Club! Coach Josh is amazing with his knowledge, teaching the kids (& adults;)) not only running strategies but the "why" behind them, including with stretching and recovery.
We’ve had an amazing experience with Josh and The Bolts Running Club over the past few seasons. There is a place for every level of runner on this team. What I appreciate the most is the great example Josh and the coaches set for my kids. Running can be hard, but it teaches perseverance.
My girls have loved running with the Bolts! Josh makes practices fun, teaches the kids strength training and stretching in addition to running, helps with their form, and builds their confidence and love of staying active and healthy. We look forward to the next session!
