What this site is

RunningGroups.org is a free informational directory of running clubs, run crews, and group runs, compiled from publicly available information and runners' reviews. We are not affiliated with the clubs, stores, breweries, or networks listed.

Accuracy

We work to keep listings current, but running clubs are largely volunteer-run and things change without notice — meeting days, times, and spots move; paces shift with who shows up; dues and program fees change; and clubs sometimes go quiet or wind down. Many clubs also operate only on Facebook, Meetup, Strava, or Instagram. Always check a club's own page — or send a quick message — before you show up for the first time, especially to confirm the meeting day, time, and location. Listings, rankings, and flags (free, beginner-friendly, all-paces, no-drop, women's, social, trail, and so on) are our best read of public information, provided as-is and without warranty.

Nothing on this site is medical, fitness, or safety advice, or an endorsement of any club, its organizers, or its members. Running is a physical activity — warm up, know your limits, follow each club's guidance, and use good judgment about running with a new group, alone, or after dark. You are responsible for your own safety and for supervising anyone in your care, including at any club or event you find through this directory.

Reviews and photos

Review excerpts and photos shown on club pages are drawn from public sources and belong to their respective authors. If you're an author or the club and want something removed, contact us and we'll take it down.

Acceptable use

Don't scrape the site at abusive rates, misrepresent our rankings, or use our data to spam the clubs listed. Journalists and researchers: you're welcome to cite our data with a link.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunningGroups.org is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this site, including anything that occurs during a group run, club activity, or event you find through it.
