What runners say about Boston Running Center
“This past fall I was able to complete an entire training plan injury free and PRed my half marathon time by over 20 minutes thanks to Joe.”
From the reviews
When I started working with Joe, I had been trying to improve my marathon time. I used online training plans and joined a running club but only saw marginal improvements. After a calf injury I decided to look for a coach. Joe was great. The calf issue was due to a significant asymmetry which he helped me address.
Amazing experience with Joe and Boston Running Center - he covered every base, from a varied training program (speed, distance, track), to strength, to gait analysis/improvement, to deliberate recovery, to nutrition, to race strategy. With his coaching I went from a 3:45 marathon to sub-three in 5 months.
Joe is phenomenal. I had struggled for a long time with shin splints and other reoccurring injuries/pains. This past fall I was able to complete an entire training plan injury free and PRed my half marathon time by over 20 minutes thanks to Joe. Highly recommend, he knows what he is doing.
