Such an awesome effort and opportunity: a free timed 5K every Sat! Such a simple system, run by volunteers. The course can be tough depending on weather conditions: when very wet, you run 3 loops of the course vs 2; there’s uphill parts including the finish; but it’s a great test of where you are running/fitness wise.
A great Parkrun, well organised and great people. The course has a Hill at the end, but is very pleasant. Very much enjoyed the 11th year anniversary run on Saturday the 30th of June.
