We love GOTR!!! Such an amazing program for girls and young women! I highly recommend getting your daughters, nieces, friends involved even if they aren’t into running! Girls on the Run can walk, skip, hop, cartwheel just get out, have fun, make friends and learn about body positivity, nutrition, bullies, gossip, etc.!
