Well organized free timed 5k run every Saturday morning at 7.30am run by local volunteers! The greenway is very scenic, and the course goes around the pond. They welcome walkers as well as runners. Register once at their website, then go along any week you like without needing to register again.
Wonderful community-led run. Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming
I ran my first parkrun with Hays Farm and I'm so glad I did! I drove an hour and a half to join them and it definitely was worth it! It is very well run by a professional dedicated group of volunteers.
