Just discovered Parkrun, and it’s been a Lot of fun! It’s a free 5K held every weekend at the same time (Saturday at 7:30 AM) across the world. All paces are welcome, from walkers to runners, making it an easy way to get moving.
Loved it! There’s no better way to start a Saturday morning than to go to a parkrun, and the Jan Alfano Trail parkrun is no exception. A beautiful course, the loveliest of volunteers and a weekly dose of endorphins. What’s not to like?!
This area of Willow Lake is so beautiful. Great place for hiking and observing wildlife. We typically head more northeast than this trail because it offers more places to relax and enjoy nature.
