What runners say about Keep The Pace Run Club
“All of the coaches here are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and know exactly how to generate the perfect race-day plan no matter your skill level.”
“Not only did I hit a massive PR, my training plan fit my schedule and my recovery post race has been remarkably good in large part because of a thorough training plan.”
From the reviews
I have worked with Bethany on several races now - starting at just a 10k, then onto a half, and finally completing the Boston Marathon this April. Bethany kept me on track, and I knew exactly what I needed to do everyday to reach this goal.
Estee is an exceptional coach who brings so much warmth and energy to every session. She developed a tailored coaching plan for me that incorporated my specific constraints and navigated every weather challenge we faced during training.
I decided to start training for a marathon just before the one year anniversary of giving birth to my daughter. Postpartum was more challenging for me physically than I had anticipated, and I needed something to get me back into a positive mindset about my health and wellbeing.
I would not have crossed the finish line on Sunday had it not been for Bethany & KTP. Not because of the training (which goes without saying is absolutely necessary & so spot on) but because of the way Bethany flexed the training program when injuries started to happen.
