Coaching staff and crew members are very down-to-earth and genuinely supportive. What really makes MTC special is the great team vibe. Running is often thought of as an individual sport, but with the right crew, it can be a fun team sport.
Great group to run, train, and compete with! Very welcoming to new members and great coaches (who keep the team well organized!). Perfect group if you’re looking for something a little more competitive than most run clubs (structured workouts), but not so competitive you need to be elite or a super intense runner.
