From the reviews
For nearly a decade I dealt with bad knee pain hiking and running downhill. I tried trekking poles, knee braces, everything I could think of. I was extremely slow going downhill on hikes, frequently limping the latter half of the hike.
Working with Coach Jenni at Mercuria Running has transformed my relationship with running. Under her expert guidance, I've not only set personal records across various distances, from the mile to the marathon, but I've also gained a deeper understanding of the multifaceted nature of running.
I've had the pleasure of working with Jenni, my running coach for over a decade. I can confidently say that Jenni is unmatched in their field. What sets Jenni apart is their remarkable ability to tailor training plans to the individual, recognizing that one size does not fit all in the realm of running.
Coach Jenni was such a pleasure to work with! We met for a form session a few days before I was scheduled to run a half-marathon. I had been dealing with some calf pain for a few weeks and wasn't sure if I could run the half as planned.
