From the reviews
Highly, highly recommend Mile High! The classes are never the same but always leave you feeling energized, empowered, and sweaty. Coach Raj pumps up the music and is extremely encouraging throughout every workout! The lighting adds extra intensity, especially when you're sprinting in the last few minutes of class.
My absolute favorite workout studio in all of NYC! The classes are amazing and high-energy, and each instructor has a different style of focusing on speed, intervals, hills. I specifically love having Ned or Raj as my instructor!
I’m addicted to Mile High. Not only is it an amazing workout, I’ve seen a huge improvement in my race times & have been injury free since making MHRC a regular part of my routine. The instructors are all awesome, it’s nice to try a few different classes to find your favorites.
I miss living within walking distance of this studio. Mile High Run Club is an awesome treadmill class for new runners and seasoned pros. The coaches clearly care about their work (but not too much to where it feels like they're hovering in class). You can push yourself as hard or as little as you feel comfortable.
