I cannot praise Power Kids Run Club and Coach Chasta enough. I have never found a program that so perfectly embodies physical activity with building self confidence through mantras. There should be more programs like this; it is invaluable! My 4 yr old came home and taught his 2 yr old sister - "I am mighty!
This isn’t just a group of kids running around. Okay, it is that, but it is also so much more. My kids learned “power words” for when they need to persevere, they learned self confidence, and to how compete with kindness.
We had our first experience with Coach Chasta and Power Kids Run Club this past Fall. My high-energy 5 year old had an awesome time with the program! Coach Chasta does a great job keeping the kids engaged throughout the session. My son even uses his Power Words to help him through tough situations now.
My 4.5yo daughter had a wonderful experience at Power Kids Run Club this February break. Coach Chasta made her feel welcome right from the get-go! She had a blast making new friends, being active and learning about power words! We will definitely be signing her up for some spring sessions!!
