How to join a group run
Most clubs let you turn up to a group run as a guest — no membership, no commitment. Message the club or check their page for the current meeting spot, time, and pace before you head out for the first time.
Typical group-run times. Clubs move meeting spots and swap days — always confirm on the club's own page before you go.
From the reviews
Nothing beats a free timed race! Parking is a little confusing on your first time here but you can always walk across the bridge (under the highway) if you end up at the community center. The course is a very flat out and back with restrooms in the middle. There may be bikers.
This is a wonderful opportunity to walk or run 3.1 miles on a beautiful flat course. It's free, and fun! Register once and screenshot or print your barcode. Every Saturday at 9 am. (Come early if you are new.)
A perfect Parkrun with water, bathrooms, and friendly runners and volunteers
