I started training with Brandon before my first triathlon in 2019. Despite a mess of posture and endurance issues + an injury that had prevented me from running for years. Brandon was able to help me correct and work around most of my issues. Plus, He got me from walking to running 6 miles in less than 5 weeks!!!!!
Brandon transformed my running. I went from constant joint pain and chronic heel running to learning how to properly execute running form. I always hated running but he showed me I could enjoy it if I do it right.
