From the reviews
I was referred to Brenda from a friend who had used her coaching service in the past. I was running my second official marathon and I wanted to finish under 4 hours but couldn’t seem to get any faster on my own. Brenda developed a plan for me with weekly speed work that helped so much!
Brenda is a great running coach. I am training for my first Boston Marathon and she has helped me elevate my running to a new level. In the last 3 months I have gotten PRs at the 10k and the half marathon distance. Her workouts are just the right level of challenging and always interesting.
Brenda is an excellent coach. She meets you where you are and helps you get where you want to be. She’s well versed in fueling and hydration techniques, and is more than capable to help you meet your goals whether that be your first 5k, or an ultra marathon.
When I started working with Brenda I was a new masters runner struggling with injuries every time I would try to increase my mileage beyond 10-12 miles per week. Brenda worked with me and when those niggles came up we worked together and adjusted the schedule accordingly.
