From the reviews
FANTASTIC PROGRAM AND COACH! I’ve been working with Jho for about 4 weeks and she is motivating, affirming, and flexible. From the initial session, I was so nervous but she put my mind at ease that we would go at my pace.
Jho is the best coach and mentor! She comes up with intentionally individualized fitness plans, and her genuinely supportive personality makes for the cheerleader you need to get through the harder work outs. Her care and her passion for running shows in every interaction.
You will never find more kind, warm, and professional people to run, train, work out, and have a great time with. 200% recommended. I’m a foreigner btw. They make you feel like home.
Training with Coach Jho has helped me SO much! I I didn’t understand my own potential or what my body was capable of doing. I started running less than a mile and with Jho’s individualized training program tailored to match my running goals, I’m about to run my first half marathon.
