I just loved this experience! I'm not a runner. I was there to cheer on my nephew. The people who organize this run are wonderful, encouraging and happy to have new participants. The course is gorgeous and hilly. It's a privilege to have this available to us all.
We showed up to a parkrun in Knoxville TN, for a community 5k! Well organized and friendly volunteers! The trail was well maintained and fun to run!
