Clubs change meeting spots, days, and paces — and some run only on Facebook, Meetup, or Strava — so check a club's own page or message them before you show up for your first run. Most community group runs are free and welcome all paces; look for a "no-drop" or "all paces welcome" note if you're worried about being too slow.
