From the reviews
Coach Kyle is great! He’s so well versed in running and in athletes development and his care and commitment to learning and educating in this space is evident in the way that he has been attentive to myself and others as athletes.
Amazing coach! I’ve been working with Kyle for about a year now and my times have improved significantly. I found i wasn’t really getting anywhere with my running abilities and I was honestly just stuck. I decided to join FRC and the results were astonishing. My 5k dropped over 3min in less than 6months.
I started running with Freedom Running club two years ago when my then 33 y/o son challenged me to a rematch in the 49th Marine Corps marathon. We ran the first time with my 70y/o dad and my son was 17, I barely beat them, (mostly because of their age), and I had barely run since.
I’ve been working with Coach Kyle and it’s been a wonderful experience. I’m currently recovering from an injury and he has brought hope for me. The best part is how Coach Kyle balances pushing me to do my best while also making sure I don’t get injured, which is my biggest goal.
