We love Total Kids Run Club! The owner, Ms. Karena, cares about the kids and pushes them to not only get physically fit but to get emotionally and mentally strong. They learn character building concepts and words, have a mantra of self-empowerment, and play team building games. It’s not just running!
My son loves going to track club! The focus words for each week are great! He has learned some amazing ways to use them and increase his vocabulary. Coach Meeks and her family are super sweet and supportive. Highly recommend.

My daughter loves going to this run club! It helps her to stay active and she learns life goals during the lessons! It’s very family oriented and I love how everyone pushes and motivates each other! She learns power words that implement daily!
