Being involved with Girls on the Run of the Bay Area has been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my adult life. As a volunteer and coach, I have enjoyed the opportunity to help empower girls to discover their limitless potential.

Great environment for girls to thrive physically and mentally in this crucial developmental stage of life! The 5K run at the end of the course is open to everyone and it’s super fun (usually held on the first Sunday of May)
