My sons have all run track and/or cross country with the Flyers for the past three years, and it has been an amazing experience for all three of my boys. Coach Michelle is dedicated, patient, caring, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this program to any child who loves to run and be a part of a team.
My kids have been running with the Flyers for 2 years and love the team. We've done both track and cross country (along with the extra winter options!) The coaches training methods have the kids growing and improving both as athletes and personally. We've enjoyed being a part of this team!
