Very friendly group, casual meet up every Tuesday and Saturday, run 3 to 4 miles at your own pace, with pace groups, then end the run at a pub on Clarke St. near Wrigley. It's free and theres $5 beers and half price wings at the end, what's not to like!
Absolutely love this club! They are some of the most welcoming, non-competitive, Chicagoans I've met. The group is totally free to join, simply show-up! They have runners for all distances, paces, and abilities, including a dedicated group for runners at a 12-13 min pace.
I had such a positive experience at Lakeview Run Club! The energy was incredible and everyone was so nice and welcoming! I’m not that good of a runner and there were so many people there that ran at my beginners pace. It’s free to join and all you have to do is just show up.
Met all my best friends here. Truly the most welcoming and chill run club ever!
